As a director and CFO, Berkiye Ozturk FCCA has over 15 years of extensive experience in the field of financial accounting. She has led exit and merger strategies, advised boards on financial and strategic decisions, and managed stakeholder relationships, whilst overseeing finance functions.
Previous work in the media and music industry, professional services and agency setups, has seen Berkiye manage various commercial projects, drive financial strategy and strive for operational excellence in every business. She plays a crucial role in driving financial performance through strategic and principled planning.

My Story
I completed my professional training at Crowe UK before transitioning in-house and taking on CFO roles in private SME's. I discovered that my passion and professional fulfilment comes from creating meaningful impact in growing businesses and seeing them thrive!
Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I currently serve in two trustee positions. By making a positive contribution and advancing meaningful causes, I gain a deep sense of purpose and fulfilment.
I love to read both for leisure and for personal development, and believe we all have the ability to fulfil our potential and make a difference. Spending time with my family always lifts my spirits and brings me joy - whether it's going for dog walks, having conversations around the dining table, playing a board game together, or exploring new places.
