Who I Am
I'm Berkiye Ozturk FCCA, a director and CFO with over 15 years of experience leading finance functions across media, music, professional services, technology, and agency settings. I help ambitious businesses scale confidently, supporting board strategy, mergers and exits, and stakeholder management.
I’m passionate about building clarity and capability in growing businesses. After qualifying at Crowe UK and transitioning to SME CFO roles, I realised that where I make the greatest difference is helping businesses thrive - strategically and financially.

What I've Achieved
I currently serve on two trustee boards that I'm passionate about. When I’m not doing that, you’ll find me reading for enjoyment or personal growth, walking my dog, or playing board games or exploring new places with my family - simple things that recharge me.
